CASE HISTORIES:
A California client of ours was on a book tour in Nevada and Arizona where she appeared on local newscasts. She wanted to review those interviews before her next tour stop. We located the pieces in the news archives, edited the news clips and sent them to the client’s laptop via our FTP server. We also burned a DVD and sent it ahead to the hotel on her next stop. The hard copy was waiting for her when she checked in.
Some of our corporate clients need to continuously scan the media with ongoing reports. We help them decide the search criteria and we do the rest: news monitoring reports daily or weekly on who said what and when. Our reports can include a rough transcript with the highlighted search words plus an estimate on the number of people who watched the stories. We even have the ability to set a comparative advertising dollar value on the airtime devoted to a client’s story. Our report gives them the numbers. Our clients can then pick and choose the stories they want and how they want them … by video file or DVD or both.
